Hrvoje Smicibrada is a Founding Lawyer of the international Law Office Smicibrada (S.law). Hrvoje specialized in consulting clients in the area of  commercial law, corporate law, equity transactions, financial transactions, banking law and employment law as well as representation of clients before the courts, arbitrages and other authorities in aforesaid areas.

Hrvoje is the manager of the International Law Office Smicibrada and dual qualified lawyer in Republic of Slovenia and Republic of Croatia, which enables Hrvoje to effectively provide support to clients in either jurisdiction as well as in international transactions.

Prior to founding Law Office Smicibrada, Hrvoje worked for many years at major Croatian law firm and major Slovenian law firms providing clients with support in some of largest and most complex financial and equity transaction in the region. Hrvoje thus gained invaluable knowledge and experience which enabled Hrvoje to become a dual qualified lawyer for Slovenian and Croatian jurisdiction.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Hrvoje was an intern at a High Court in Ljubljana and a legal adviser at administrative authority, which both provided Hrvoje with invaluable experience of representation before the courts and administrative authorities.
